Interlock provides a highly qualified, experienced, multi-disciplinary counselling team, comprised of registered psychologists, registered social workers, registered clinical counsellors, and addictions specialists, all with ten or more years experience. All our counsellors are experienced in short-term, goal-oriented, results-oriented therapy. Counsellors receive regular supervision/consultation and ongoing professional development. Interlock was the first BC based EFAP provider to receive the prestigious EASNA/COA accreditation distinction and was re-accredited through EASNA/COA. EASNA (The Employee Assistance Society of North America) and COA (The Council on Accreditation) accredit EFAPs to ensure they are meeting the best practices of the EFAP industry. Our EASNA/COA accreditation provides evidence to our customers that Interlock operates a sound, stable program of excellence.

Our President and CEO, Paula M. Cayley, MSW, RSW is on the Executive of the Board of Directors of EASNA. Our CEO's participation on the EASNA Board is a very visible demonstration of Interlock's commitment to professional EAP practices.
