Program
and Account Management
Effective Program and Account Management are some of the most important components of a successful EFAP. PPC Canada strongly believes in utilizing a multi-level account team to deliver a complimentary mix of skills and service necessary to meet all of the needs of our customers. This team is lead by an experienced Account Executive, who will be responsible for the overall service delivery of the contract as well as timely communication of operational, contractual and other matters. Your PPC Canada Account Executive will work with the rest of the PPC Canada Team to ensure that your organization is supported in the following ways:
- Work in partnership with you to ensure the EFAP program will contribute to improving the success of your organization and its employees, families, and students.
- Ensure optimal gain and return on investment for the EFAP.
- Provide annual planning that supports review and evaluation of the Program and strategic planning for key areas of focus for the upcoming year.
- Report on and analyze utilization data, trends, issues presented, outcomes, and industry comparisons. Provide analysis of the data to identify trends and issues that may impact employee wellness and/or engagement.
- Collaborate with your EFAP representatives to enhance and modify the program as required.
- Focusing on ensuring the services are aligned to your strategic plan, our goal is to maximize the value of the EFAP.
- Provide management consultations for key personnel on a variety of issues.
- Coordinate Health and Wellness sessions and/or initiatives.
- Assess and coordinate Critical Incident Responses.
- Oversee quality and compliance of all service delivery within the EFAP. Your Account Team will be continually apprised of any issues that may arise, and will be timely and thorough in addressing them directly as well as communicating with the EFAP team. In addition, addressing any service delivery or customer service question or concern that may arise as part of the PPC Canada Quality Assurance Process.

Critical Incident and Stress Debriefing
In the event of a critical incident, PPC Canada's specifically trained trauma counsellors are available to your staff and will attend the worksite or any other location deemed necessary. The effects of stress from traumatic incidents can seriously impair an employee's ability to perform on the job as well as impact negatively on their personal life. Responding immediately, by debriefing your employees involved in traumatic incidents, has been shown to have long term positive effects for their work and personal lives.
A Masters level counsellor is on call 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
